Eligibility · Before You Register

  • Pass holders: Open to Bermuda high school students ages 14–18. Passes are transferable to another eligible student with written notice; all sales are final (no refunds).
  • Scholarship applicants: Free seats are reserved for students ages 14–18 who demonstrate financial need or standout interest in travel, media, tech, or entrepreneurship. A parent or guardian must complete the application, and awards are confirmed by email after review.

Only 125 seats available. Scholarships and group rates for schools are available on request.

A parent or guardian must complete this application on behalf of students under 18.

By checking the media release box, I, as the parent or legal guardian of the student named on this form, grant Bermuda Travel Experience and its official partners and sponsors an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • photograph, film, and audio-record the student during the summit;
  • edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display that media in any format now known or later developed;
  • use the media for promotional, editorial, commercial, and marketing purposes as described above.

I confirm no compensation is owed for this use, and I release Bermuda Travel Experience and its partners from any claim arising from the use permitted here.

This consent is optional. If left unchecked, we will make reasonable efforts to exclude the student from event photography and video. Consent can be withdrawn for future use at any time by emailing info@bermudatravelexperience.com.
